Through the years I traveled the world, tasted different culinary foods in many different countries, studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York while living in California. Specialized in Food Allergies and Certified Gluten Practitioner. Los Angeles the Mekka of ‘Health foodies’ is where my studies began, my passion for food continued and became the founder of Happy Cravings.

Before I visited Pepita I had chronic migraines, digestive problems and I’m was tired a lot. I’m thin, extremely active and pretty healthy in general but despite eating well, I was still having problems. Pepita helped me to discover that I had Food allergies and how to deal with them. She really helped me fine tune my diet and uncovered some eating habits and the foods that were at the root of my problems that I would never have figured out myself. She had me keep a food journal, gave me some delicious great recipes and lots of helpful information. I also really appreciated that she wrote notes about the visit and what I should be doing and gave me a copy. I love that! She’s very organized and has a warm calming presence. Since I’m on the anxious, restless side she was just what I needed. She also gave me some meditation tips!
