My unique approach of holistic healing that uses Integrative Nutrition and Transformational Coaching takes you, the client, as it’s guiding principle because ‘not-one-size-fits-all’.
It starts with seeking ‘the root cause’ of malfunctioning in the body, instead of treating “symptoms” like having low energy, feeling bloated or belly fat. From there I coach you in every opportunity to make easy subtle changes that offer big results. I believe in my clients ability to pursue their dreams, take risks, surprise themselves, and create a life of infinite possibilities.
My journey with ‘food as medicine’ began in my early twenties when my colon didn’t work any longer. Advise from the Internist was replacing my colon for a plastic tube! Was this the right way to resolve the root cause of the problem? In which I didn’t believe. My Holistic Nutrition journey started, with first seeing many different Holistic Health Practitioners and heal my colon in a much healthier way, both physically and mentally.
Through the years I traveled the world, tasted different culinary foods in many different countries, studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York while living in California. Specialized in Food Allergies and Certified Gluten Practitioner.
Los Angeles the Mekka of ‘health foodies’ is where my studies began, my passion for food continued and became the founder of Happy Cravings.
